The general opinion is that Ireland is NOTORIOUSLY racist whether the question is asked in America or Europe. The fact that such information is readily available including credible, surveyed results on the topic adds further proof.
A random sample of 23,000 people is far beyond what is needed to conduct polls and has a sampling error that yields results in an interval that would be accepted by the scientific community. We're not going to POLL EVERYONE.
