How could you expect Tenorio to put up stats if he doeant get the !inutes. Ato is a stupid coach who thinks he can be a good one because he was a great player. They are the Sacramento Kings of the PBA. Players as high draft picks who are athletic and talented, but coached by a f*cktard who can't utilize his team's potential

Urbiztondo was better on both ends in this game than LA or Yeo and that was the reason he was playing extended minutes. Urbiztondo then fizzled come late in the 4th and so Ato has to put his star guard back in hopes he'd play better with a fresher leg.
Obviously Ato has yet to get a good rotation going. Dunigan plays the same position as Greg. With him in the lineup, Slaughter has to slide to 4 and so Japeth wasn't getting any of his fair share. Aguilar needs two things to get his game going. 1.) He should get his minutes 2.) Ginebra should start running. He plays well when the crowd is on their side.
Forrester isn't that good for the PBA. Heck, he was so-so in the amateurs. Arellano did way better with him out of the line up.
Give new coaches two-four games to get their game going.

You simply can't condemn a coach after one game. Sorry for the loss, but that's the truth.

I hate to disagree with you CMM, but Ato isnt a new coach. He was ginebra's coach before and he had a 21-22 record. He also played Mamaril more than Japeth in his stint before, and I honestly thought he'd change that this time, but I guess not.
Yes, Urbiztondo played better. But did you see the multiple brain farts he had from the 7min to 4min span? They could've closed the closed the gap to 4 or whatever, but he made stupid plays (losing the ball out of bounds on a fast break, allowing David to score on him multiple times, opting for threes even if their opponent was in the penalty)
If I was coaching, I'd go with Tenorio, Baracael, Japeth, slaughter and Dunigan as soon as meralco got in the penalty. Pound the paint and let the refs help you.
Again, we may know less than them, but what is apparent is what Ato has been doing isnt working. Maybe time for a change? I honestly think Tenorio isnt suited for ginebra.

Richig,
I am not condemning Ato after 1 game. He has coached before and its as if he didn't learn from that! His player rotations are still shaky (understandable but....), he doesnt know when to call timeouts (unlike Black, Cone, Uichico and Guiao) , he subs in guys who are cold and replaces guys who are catching fire, and he doesnt ride the crowd (he didnt utilize a running game when the fans were getting loud)
Not talking as a gambler here, just as a fan of the game. It's disappointing when you see talented teams like Ginebra, Sacramento, Toronto and even Globalport flounder cause of stupid coaches (good thing Pido is fired now)
