Convince me not to take PHILLY +9

Nuggets were getting +9 last night as well... Seems eeeeeerily similar.. 

Don't sleep on the sixers, they've been playing bad but they are not a bad team. 

I never said Denver didn't have a chance lol. Not sure who said that. Denver has a track record of playing well in back to backs lol their game travels to an extent. I pay attention to teams and their tendencies. Things happen in sports but reality is .. someone thinking Philly wins this game is delusional. Completely different scenarios. Jazz is a team that has shown.. they are not as good as ppl think .. bucks are a team that has shown... They are one of the best in the league lol.. philly has shown... They are a terrible road team... Is there an edge for Philly... As in are bucks on a back to back.. no... Is anyone out .. no... Who is on the last game of a road trip... Philly..  who is already ass on the road . Philly .. who is playing against w team they beat before in a revenge spot... Philly... Philly won't win tonight. 

Nuggets got 9 unjustifiably. It's not a similar spot at all lol. Bucks deserve 9 against them lol. Man y'all a trip. I literally had this same kind of discussion the other day with ppl on here backing Philly against Miami lol.. if they didn't rise against them.. they didn't rise against hawks.. why or how would they rise on the last leg of an extended road trip against bucks lol man 

Btw.. u right .. they not a bad team.. they a bad ROAD TEAM... they weren't even that good on the road last year either lol. This year even worst

I don't disagree with you.... I already bet them -9 before I posted that, just adding a little something to the convo that kinda surprised me after I looked into it... here' a more positive one, Bucks are 12-4 when spread is between 5 and 9 points 

....ATS that is.... and 5-1 ATS playing at home.... see I just talked myself into a little larger Bucks wager 

Line looks good but Philly has sucked awfully playing away. This is a game where emotion and matchups point to betting Philly. But you cannot leave aside those horrendous visitor results nor that Brett Brown is a much worse coach than Budenholzer. 

Line is not inflated...Its too low....Bucks were -3.5 @ Philly on Christmas Day....What is home court worth...In general its worth 4.5...But when u see the Bucks home record and Philly's struggled on the road it should be more like 6 -7 points...Then Philly is without Josh Richardson......Philly reminds me of a college basketball team..Can only play @ home and sucks the road....Add in revenge game etc...Not really getting any value on the line....

Interesting discussion here...i'd like to add my two cents as a huge 76ers fan.  This team, as i'm sure you all know is in disarray right now.  The coach is on the verge of being canned and the team has reportedly tuned the guy out after he's spent years going to bat for all of them and the organization.  It's also being reported that there is a rift between Simmons and Embiid, the two biggest superstars on the team, due to spacing issues when they play together and jealousy from Simmons of Embiid getting more love from the city and fans.  Then you have the front office making bonehead moves the past two years signing Tobias Harris and Al Horford to wayyyy too much money and Horford even admitting their are "issues that need to be addressed in the locker room". 

They just made a couple roster moves, so they will also be short handed tonight, in what sets up as a huge revenge spot for the Bucks on national tv.  The sixers were not exactly playing their best ball leading up to that Christmas day game, but they absolutely buzzsawed Milwaukee in that game and couldn't miss a shot if they tried.  Right now, 76ers are going through an awful shooting stretch and have been out of sorts ever since Embidd came back from injury.

9 points is a lot and i understand the thinking of a team pulling itself together and showing up against one of the leagues best teams in the Bucks would be logical...but it being against the Bucks in particular is why i think Philly gets obliterated once again, since that Christmas day game still has to linger in their head.  Off the top of my head too, it seems like every time the 76ers go to Milwaukee they get totally beatdown.  TAKE THE BUCKS
