Cleveland Cavs ML - Game 3 (5 units)

Let's look at some angles here, so we can get to the reasons why I think they let Cleveland win game 3 at home

First off, a big one...Don't you think this warriros team, a team who knows they can finish off Cleveland whenever they want, would rather win in front of their home fans?

Also how often do we see not only a sweep, but the same team cover every game of the finals.

What I am getting at here, is that in order for this to happen is GS must drop one road game. So, now we just figure out which game that will be...and I think it was easy for me to figure this out..

If GS wins game 3, THEN the cavs are done and I think everyone can agree. We have 2 facts supporting this on both angles-

Angle #1- NO team in NBA HISTORY has EVER come back from down 0-3

Angle #2- This warriors championship team has NEVER lost a 7 game series...period.

So for entertainment value AS Well as books not wanting Whales to back GS Series, I don't see anyway GS wins game 3 and then loses game 4.

So it will be game 3 that GS will likely lose

So there you go, I think it's sane to write off the cavs after next game if they did in fact lose. That is why I don't see them allowing GS to win the next one anyway. If they did everyone would know series is up. Imagine the whales who could unload on GS series bet at this point...and break the books. LOL

So everything shaping up for a cavs win for game 3...to continue the entertainment. That is why they scripted the blowout for game 2, to keep the action on GS game 3 and also for the fact that they hyped up Cleveland before the game so you could see that coming.

I have yet to post a 5 unit losing bet. I am 100% this season and last season for my NFL and NBA 5 unit plays.

You don't think the dubs and the league would rather have them in the series at home? It just seems awkward for dubs to sweep and win it in Cleveland.

Of course this is what would happen though if dubs come to play. I am betting that they will NOT come to play!

Now what if I end up wrong here and Cleveland goes down 0-3 and then they script the series for them to be the first team in history to come back. Really all they would need to do is have curry get injured and I think the cavs might win 4 in a row against GS.

I think they need curry for the obvious reasons-

He is the MVP

Cleveland played TERRIBLE those 2 games, so imagine if Cleveland and Lebron had played out of this world, curry would of had to play good in order to win

I think Cleveland plays a much better game at home in front of their fan. If I am wrong then I deserve to lose for betting against Golden State I guess

You say that surely but give no reasons as to why you believe this.

I gave my reasons why I don't believe Cavs will lose game 3

So what is this believland doc everyone is talking about? I don't watch TV (except the games when I have a bet on them) so I know nothing about it.

I knew GS would win game 2 on game day I posted it. Of course my early picks aren't going to be as solid.

Also I don't ever recall picking cavs for game 2. I never did. I picked GS ML

I said if cavs were to win the series I think they would pick up the first two...

but now we see an entirely different script playing out. Vegas thinks they can pull the wool over the eyes of a whale...LOL!
