Thompson’s presence has been huge since he’s been in the rotation. Doubt it all you want but he’s been a key to Cavs staying in games. He’s a great screener and he gives extra possessions. He’s a horse too unlike Val and ibaka who can be soft at times. This will be a long series and with the cabs winning game 1, it’s gonna be great tv

How about Lowry on the last play. Instead of running towards the sideline to clear space and possibly get himself in position/open for a kickout by Derozen, he runs under the basket with all the trees in order to avoid having to make a play. Just watch the replay. LOL

i have no idea what you thinking betting on toronto..like what basketball you b een watching over past 3 years?
they suck in playoffs..thats about it
lebron in finals in a row forever and you betting against him
they beat pacers..which i believe is best team in this playoffs..yes read that over and over again
since lebron escaped them then forget it cavs in finals yet again
bet all your money on cavs going to finals

He did the same thing in 2014 against the Nets when they lost that series too. And I can name other times he's done it in the playoffs.

The Raptors are going to have the Jets moniker of "Same Old Jets" until they can prove otherwise.
This was a team that Lebron was spinning the ball in his hand like a top to showboat against them after crushing them last year. And you come out and lose game 1 against a ragged and weary Cavs team.

A lot of truth to this... raptors couldn’t close it out because they don’t know how to beat cavs with lebron... they are a #1 seed tho and you cannot discount them. They need and I assume they will regroup... first game at home against your nemesis and you are giving them a touchdown to start? PROVE YOU CAN WIN BEFORE ACTING LIKE ITS AN AUTOMATIC... honestly I thought raptors would win, but they couldn’t handle the comeback and their nerves got to them down the stretch... they need to shake it off. I would love to see raptors win the series, but the line was a dead giveaway and these are the games that separate the men from the boys and you have to capitalize.

Not one person here has mentioned the lebron comet theory...and its sadly true.
Hes been killing the raptors since...HES BEEN IN THE EAST. and Last night, the comet didnt even hit the earth, and the raptors still went extinct. Lebron James went 2-18 on jumpshots and the cavs still won a game on the road vs the baby raps. IM sorry to say, but this series is over, it always was over, and your bet is toast.
Lebron James is the best player in the east, he was 6 years ago, and he will be for another 2 or 3 years. As long as he is the king, he will carry whoever he chooses to play for. Best of luck, but I dont see the raptors winning 4 not this year, not next year.

Y’all need to calm down, Toronto is the better team. I’m worried about a possible hangover for game 2 after that brutal loss but if they come out and take care of business they’ll be okay. Don’t forget that Cavs will still be an underdog to win this series if Toronto wins game 2 despite Cleveland leaving with a split.

I'm not worried about that loss, LC. Cleveland didn't win that game. Toronto lost. When you go 1 for 13 last 5m in final quarter, o bsically you lose the game. Toronto shot only 3 for 19 FG in clutch, while Cleveland was 6 for 20 (Lebum was 3 for 10 and they insist this guy is a clutcher lol).
What I realised was that JV played offensively so bad against TT, although he defended great against TT and KL. They must adjust that otherwise, game 2 will be in pain.

he is the best in the East because Eastern Conf SUCKS. Since Jordan left in 1996 (his return later does not count at all), East SUCKS. Boston won 1 chhmpionship but they had to join 3 SUPER STARS, Miami with Lebum idem. Cleveland won2 years ago due to NBA mocking GSW. The only team to win without recruiting SUPER STARS or help from NBA was Miami in 2006.
Do you really think Lrnum would dominate West? loooool Seriously! He dones not stand a chance. BTW, he ws 3-10 in clutch yesterday.
