The last meeting between these two teams boasted one of the ugliest offensive performances in NBA history. The Knicks, hounded by Boston’s league-best defense, shot just 30.3 percent en route to scoring just 59 points. It’s a stretch to think New York will shoot that bad again but it won’t shoot that much better. The Celtics still own the league’s top defense and good defense like theirs often lead to ugly performances from undisciplined offenses like New York’s.
Boston leads the NBA in almost every major defensive statistic. It is first in points allowed with just 87.3 allowed per game, first in defense shooting percentage at 41.5 percent and first in defensive three-point percentage at 30.8 percent. The Celtics routinely shut down quality offenses. New York’s will have no chance. The Knicks are 24th in the NBA with just 94.5 points per game and 25th with a 43.8 team shooting percentage.
Three of the last four meetings between these teams have stayed under the total with those three games averaging just 176 points per game. Expect more of the same in this meeting. New York has averaged just 94 points per game in its last four home games while Boston has allowed just 82.3 points per game in its last three road contests
MAVS
The Wizards have surprised everyone by staying afloat despite an injury to Gilbert Arenas that has sidelined the star for a majority of the season. Most of Washington’s success has come against the much weaker Eastern Conference, though, as it has struggled against the West. The Wizards are just 6-6 against the West this year with most of the wins coming against the bottom of the conference against teams like Seattle and Minnesota. Those six losses have come 13 points per game.
Dallas, meanwhile, will be playing with a chip on its shoulder as it looks to exact some revenge on Washington. The Mavs lost at home to the Wiz earlier this year, shooting an uncharacteristically low 39.3 percent while allowing Washington to shoot an uncharacteristically high 50.7 percent. There’s no way that happens again. Dallas is 8-1 SU over its last nine games, winning those games by 14.4 points per game with six of those wins coming by double digits.
The key to Dallas’ recent success has been a return to the defensive intensity that led the team to a league-high in wins last year. The Mavs have allowed just 87 points per game over their last eight wins and that defense will come in handy against the Wizards.
The Mavs are a veteran team that doesn’t take kindly to losing, especially on their home court. They’ll return to the favor to Washington this afternoon

JAPO,
On Dallas as well, but it looks like it is going to happen again. Down 5 at halftime!! This team just does not look like the "old" Dallas team?????
Need some hot shooting in the second half!

Hey Bankroll, did edited write those game posts? I sure hope not! I have always thought that Japo76 wrote his own stuff, and I will continue to go with that unless I hear or see otherwise.

Japo76, I am glad to hear that you weren't taking someone else's writeups and picks. I did not think that was the case, but I thought I would check to make sure.
I went with the Boston under today myself. It just didn't happen. ||Peace_5.gif' border=0>

FYI... Bankroll is right, I bought edited 3-pack of NBA games and he had all the same plays with the exact same write-ups (word for word) on the Celtics under, Mavs, and the Heat game! Why don't you just tell us that Japo? It kind of pisses me off when you do that, and why does it matter where you work as you posted that earlier?

japo, i appreciated all your picks in the past and will continues to look for your picks in the future, regardless how you made your picks. You can't win or lose all time. I'm sure alot of people here at wl have followed you and have made alot of money and some probably lose money with your picks. Your picks have help me tremendously, esp in MLB. Keep up the good work and continues to post your picks.

Okay guys, ease up. It is information. It is up to each of us if we take it and do something with it. Everyone has the right to post what ever they want, so long as it is positive info regarding the games.

I don't care if you guys write them yourself or get them elsewhere as long as there is no touts name in the post. That is all that matters to us.

aaaa1... Touts? There is no touting, as a matter of fact there is a link at the bottom of this wagerline page for their web site.
But, atleast it is clear that I can copy everybody ele's information and post it all over this place and act like it's mine and that's fine, but don't dare try to give credit to the original author?? Sounds kind of messed up, however with that being said, if Japo wants to pay the $25 per pick and post it on here for free....... keep up the good "analysis" Japo!

BankRoll ,
Guys posts write ups from all over so long as they never mention the name of touts in them. And I don't care where they come from. If it has a name associated with it and it was paid for from any service, it is not allowed.

My mistake too for mentioning a tout's name yesterday. I appreciate that Japo posts the plays here, I really do. However, when somoeone takes credit for all the nice things said to him about "nice write up", "great info", etc, etc. That is not right. If I was to post my plays with a writeup, I do not believe in copying someone elses work and claiming it as my own, or not letting people know that you did not write it.
Japo seems to be a cool person and I will look forward to more of his posts, yet I will know that he did not write it for now on. ||Peace_5.gif' border=0>
