re-signing varejao and signing parker are ok but the cavs still need to make another move like matt barnes (free agent) or another SG 2.8 million of the mid level exception left and 2 million biannual exception
or do a lakers and just pay the player under the table - lakers are cheats gasol (millions payed to that tightwad grizzlies owner to agree to give gasol for peanuts) and paying artest peanuts under the mid level "AND THEN SOME" under the table now thats rigged
