That statistics is for the whole game I'm assuming? So, it wouldn't be smart to bet the teams for the whole game. Even if you end up 50%, you would juice out and end up losing a whole lot of money on juice. I'm assuming that's your conclusion.

According to my stats for this NBA season 2011:
[Favorite Teams by -3, -3.5, or -4 whole game] record [-1 1Q line]: 53-38 58%
Last season 2010: [Favorite Teams by -3, -3.5, or -4 whole game] record [-1 1Q line]: 99-100 50%

On lines that are on the border, +2.5 and -4, it is best the wait to last minute. The +2.5 can move to +3 which will change the bet. The -4 can move to -4.5, which would remove it as a system play. Both situations happened this week. GL
