Remember last year at the brickyard, a track very similar to California. Montoya led 116 of 160 laps before Nascar said he was speeding on it road. Think he used that same chassis at Cali in the fall and led 78 laps He is bringing a brand new chassis this time.

well, if Q gets rained out, they go to last years points to set the grid, which puts J.J. on the pole.....you will be lucky to get +300 on him for the win with him on the pole for sure....

For the best odds at the price the 33 and 29 are it.  Harvick had this race won 2 years ago after his 500 win before he got a flat on the red flag.

Logano is going to win the Nationwide race.  Book it.

Madshooter and Looslugs..thank you guys for the kind words on my play here with JPM 16-1. To be honest now that he has qualified 2nd and the odds dropped to 8-1 ,,,sittin on +1600 with him will no doubt be the best price I get ALl year!!

Wish I could take all the credit here but i heard Jamie McMurray on ESPN earlier this week talking about this race,, he said he and Juan had the same set-up as JPM did last year in the fall race with a few minor adjusments for the better and JPM led most of that race and finished top 3. I guess he was right on with what he said since they qualified 1 and 2.

Looking over the odds here, there are a bunch of guys who I really like for a top 3 finish.

TOP 3

J. Johnson Ev.  (his track record speaks for itself, even $$ here is a pretty good bet i would say)

J. Gordon +250 (he is almost as impressive as Jimmie on this track, they have finished 1-2 a bunch here)

C. Bowyer +450 ( he was near the front last week and qualified 3rd, really liek Bowyer here with these odds)

C. Edwards +450 (he has run well here too, lots of top 10's with atleast one win)

Kyle Busch +250 (this guy can really drive a car, any race he starts he has a chance)

Matt Kenseth +500 ( he is one of the best 1.5 mi. drivers there is and he seems to do well here in cali)

Now i obviously know that 6 guys cant all finish top 3 ha,,,,and i have yet to make a play on any of these top 3's...just wonderin if anyone really liked one more than another or anyones thoughts on which play might be a winner??

( thinkin Kenseth and Jimmie are my 2 favorites but will most likely wait to see how todays nationwide goes)

Well if the world turns like it did yesterday with Joey JJ won't win this race.  If the world turns correctly he is the car to beat hands down.  Again I believe the best long odds are on the 33 and 29.

I think J.J. runs super strong today, would be shocked if he didn't finish in the top 3, I also think we see Bowyer put on a strong run today and at almost 5-1 odds, he will be a play for me today.....thinking Kenseth may not do shit today, top 10, but thats about it....Roush hasn't looked to great this week....RCR and EGR have impressed for sure.

BOL today Madshooter....should be a good race. I like that Kyle Busch won yesterday If i was willing to play more I would take him TOP 3 @ +250 ( but i m not gonna do it) ha
