I'm gonna have to say Dark Side Of The Moon, that disc was untouchable in the early 70's, miles ahead of all the blues based hard rock and the glam bands of that era.

I really don't have a clear cut favorite LP,  but Led Zeppelin Two barley edges out a ton of other great one's for me.

April 28 was the 41st Anniversary of Dark Side of the Moon.

Even into the 2000's this album was still in the Billboard Top 100.

Pink Floyd -- The Wall

Not only is the music phenomenal, but no matter where in the world you are from, anyone can relate to the meaning of this album.

Everybody in life builds metaphoric walls around themselves to protect themselves from being hurt, or even just for privacy.  We all build walls, that we create to deal with some of lifes hardships. Kind of like a shield to protect us from getting hurt.  Anyone can relate to this album.  The music and lyrics are well written and thought out, making it my favorite all around album of all time, front to back.

Gilmour did some beautiful guitar work on this album. The album to a while to grow on me but I love it now.
