First off...50% is a guess. Hence "probably". ![]()
And yes...Matthews Jr was on some list I remember. I don't remember seeing the others but Vlad and Abreu wouldn't surprise me(especially Abreu as a Philly...remember pre/post HR Derby?).

If you were the commissioner of an HUGE organization, wouldn't you want what's best for it? Like...I don't know...the best raitings? Isn't that TV shows last longer than others? Because of the raitings? I mean...aren't raitings what brings in the money? The more raitings the games get, the more money Bud Selig gets. Now, it's proven that the Yankees v Red Sox series' get the most raitings among ANY other series in baseball. Even more than a World Series matchup. It's also known that more fans would watch an East Coast v West Coast matchup(Yankees/Red Sox v Dodgers) than 2 east coast or west coast teams because you get views from households on both coasts instead of mainly 1. You really have to think more about these things...apparently you have no idea about business.
Tex may have batted .180 but he won Game 2 for the Yankees. He singled to get on base for A-Rod in the 9th. If he didn't single, they may not have won. If he didn't homer in the 11th, they may not have won. So those 2 massive at bats were more important than his others. But why should I explain that to you? You told me he sucked in the playoffs after Game 1 even though he hit over .400 with the Angels in the ALDS last season.
Aren't you the one who told me "A-Rod hits well against the Angels"? So, all of a sudden, just because you say so, he'll be held in check? That's pretty humorous.
And to finish it off...it's "lose" not "loose".

Hey...most of my reasonings are biased too, but I'm hoping I make sense as well. The Yankees are 3-0 when I go to their games(4-0 Last 4 dating back to last year), however, I am not going to those games. Saving my money for the World Series.
But Yankee fan or Angels fan...we all agree that it will be a great series. ![]()

Actually...in the other thread he tried to compare the 2002 Angels and Yankees to the 2009 Angels and Yankees when Lackey and Figgins as the only remaining players.

Do you mind posting the link of where you found the raitings for the Red Sox v Yankees games this season?
And you have got to be kidding me with the Celtics v Lakers raitings "not being that great". That's simply a joke.
On to Game 2...how would that game have been over after Mauer's double? You realize they were the road team right? You also realize that it occured in the Top of the 11th, meaning Tex would have come up in the bottom of the 11th?
And I certainly make the most logic in the points as you seem to leave so much out and make statements using unknown or bogus stats.
