Oh wow, I don't think I've ever hit a luckier first 5 innings under than I just did with KC. Floyd was in trouble every inning and Meche put some Sox in scoring position as well. I thought for sure I was gonna get screwed in the bottom of the 5th since I took 4.5 +110 but I escaped! Nice job GH!

For what it's worth, the book did accept my bet at the given odds (+140). The error was corrected soon after my post here. The bet has also been paid. I did not do anything blatantly obvious like betting on both sides.

I visited your thread during lunch hour. I guess you missed it. I just had a feeling Verlander was gonna get pounded today, thats all. I wanted to see/hear what you would have to say about the game.
I re-checked your thread. No direct reply, but i guess you answered most people's query on that particular game with your Detroit pick. I just wanted to see a discusion on that particular game, but i guess i may have chosen the wrong thread for it. Either way, i don't dwell too much in this forum as i only spot value lines 3 to 5 times a week in baseball and would therefore venture into people's MLB threads.
