After a losing game during a chase*, you increase your bet

I understand, and what happens for example NYY vs Marlins, first game of series and i pick NYY first game and NYY wins i am going for another series or ?

after that you stop. the chase is over once the team wins.
whether its the first game or fourth. it doesnt matter.
the sooner the chase is over, the better.

The following teams have never lost 4 games in a row by the RL this season:

OAK, BOS, NYY, PIT

BOS has yet to loose 4 games in a row ML.

MIL, LA, DET

LA and DET haven't lost 4 in a row since May
