hey, assclown, the cardinals won 83 stinking games a few years ago and won the Series.  The Phillies had 92 wins this year.  Starters ERA overall among the best in the NL this year.  Rollins, Utley, Howard, Victorino, Werth and the guys with the most pinch hits in Dobbs.  Closer 41 for 1 in saves.  Go to hell moron.

Yes they are the worst..............Oh and loveball the FLORIDA MARLINS were 10x better than this Phillies team !

this is someone who lost some change betting LA, pretty clear by reading what he wrote. Get over it, most of the public (like yourself) were on the Dodgers also. don't be such a sore loser.

i hate the Phillies but Howard is a star, Utley, Rollins, Feliz is a solid good player, Werth had a terrific year, Victorino is a very good player, Burrel is not bad. CRuiz maybe the weak link? outstanding bullpen and Hamels is a top tier #1 starter and the other guys are above average.

They have the BEST bullpen/closer in the league, average starting pitching, and if they aren't the BEST offensive team, they are a close second.
 
Enjoy rooting for the loveable losers for 5 games, this Series won't go longer.

that doesnt say much for the rays when they lose.......this guys an idiot by the way.....if anything the rays are one of the worst teams to represent the AL in years.....they are no where near as good as boston has been the last few years

look at the rays lineup from top to bottom....their last 4 hitters are absolutely useless and their top 5 are not even that potent.....no one with 30 homers, no one with 100 rbi
 
they have a bunch of decent pitchers, but no studs, and they have no closer
 
but yea the phils do suck
