Just saying….
Seattle long plane ride arrived Saturday night at 10pm in Toronto. These guys are not rested. Toronto fans will be pumped. SP Bryce Miller during regular season had 5.68 ERA after starting 18 games, 4-6 WL record. Note: In past seasons, home games in Seattle populated with thousands of Canadian fans driving down the I-5 from Vancouver, BC ( about a 3 hour drive on way from Canada ) to cheer on the Blue Jays!

@ethanallen1991
They have not been digging ditches. They are professional ball players. The “tired” factor is so overrated especially on this sport.

@LVTruck
This is exactly why I’m betting them at a great price. The notion they have no chance tonight is absurd. Plus the short layoff won’t help the BJs

I disagree in this particular situation. You have a Seattle team that played IN Detroit on Wed, and had to fly back home to play one do-or-die game in Seattle for a Friday game, that ended up lasting 15 innings. It was emotionally exhausting just to watch, let alone play in the game. Seattle then had their post-game celebration, and ON TOP of that they had to fly back 5 hours to EST time zone (in another country). They arrived around 8 pm ET time last night in Toronto. That is a lot of miles, with a 15 inning game and a post game celebration thrown in there. They now get to face a Jays team that has been rested at home for the last 3 days. Tough task for Seattle to win here, that dome will be rocking tonight. Jays homer here btw

I really like mariners. Bryce looked good last start. Pressure is off, I think the bats might wake up. Plus, good numbers against Gausman. I’ll take +140 all day

Anything can happen but I like the jays chances on game 1 on the mL and the rL.
Let's not forget Ms played to a game 5 with 15 innings. Might as well be 6 games.
If Ms truly trying to win the series they need to conserve their strength instead of wasting it on game 1 when the odds are clearly against them.
1 day of rest and having to travel to another country isnt enough!
When the other team only played 4 games.

Sure but ignoring it when it clearly is a factor is worst. One team playing 4 whole another playing 5. OK maybe not much of an advantage. But the game 5 went into extra innings. Extra extra innings. Then you play a day later. How can you believe the pitchers will be at their best?

You would think.
Honestly getting it @-160 mL and +135rL seems like a bargain.
Grateful for bettors taking other side.
