Who wont cut your limits if you're betting significant money and winning consistently.   Every single manager will tell you they wont cut your limits and then they will.

Each and every book has a limit. I also know a lot of them will lower their limit. That's quite the OBV. Even casinos will LIMIT PLAYERS. That's quite the OBV. Even a 3 year old will know that.

There is not a chance in the world that $10 will be the max bet. No fucken way. Is it that hard to understand?
