They scored a total of 6 runs over their final 4 games of the reg. season, then had 5 days off then another day off between g1 & g2. Batting is all about rhythm, and extended breaks go a long way towards killing it. The fact their offense hadn't done squat in 10 days underpins their scoring in all of 3 of 18 home innings (which includes 14 straight without a single run scored).
