Hi D41,
I know you started this thread and been following for a couples of days and bought the "vegas odds tracker" to follow the lines and see how the experiment work on old games and it seems very helpfull and accurate on your findings (by the way congrats to you for sharing this here). I think we all here have to follow the opener for the ML and the last 2 minutes before the game starts. Lines are always telling us like around 80% of the time who is the winner or possible winner. Thanks again for sharing. I would like to share some ideas that I found on this line movements and some stats on it in the last week so we can have a little more confidence on seeing the lines as our method of selecting games. Like you posted from the beginning of this thread.

As we can see the opener for OAK was +110 and now the line move to -112 on the last minute to the first pitch of the game. This could be saying something (Ex. Bookies could not hold the game on the opener since huge money is coming in and they have to move the line to try to balance the bets.) I bet we bang them today. As you can see the same happens to SEA from +110 to -114 on the last minutes. Let's see what the road bring us.

As you said giving you the credit about the reverse of what happen on an early game with the same odds from the opener. Today they are a couple of games like this: Bold is the Winner
Early Game:
COL +135 vs HOU -160
Late Game:
CWS +135 vs PIT -160: Taking here CWS or the Run Line for those bettors that are very tight.
