No NCAA at all. I might do some NFL or NBA but after a seven month daily grind at MLB I usually need a sabbatical. And, I keep up with baseball all winter so it still takes a little time.

You seem to be a sincere guy, looking for a little help and
a couple decent plays, but without a deep background in the Covers Forums. Let
me offer a little help. Psychologists, sociologists and teachers learned long
ago there is no way to educate a moron. If you are a kind and compassionate person
you may drop your pocket change in their tin cup as you pass, or if a religious
person maybe say a prayer, but unless you are their primary caregiver there is
little else you can do.
The trick is to spot the moron in the first place. This is
not as difficult as it may seem. One sure fire tipoff is when you have run into
the football, basketball mentality being applied to baseball. This type of
mentality will relate winning games to winning money, and stepping out of that
element confuses them. They feel that if you win 60% of your games you are a
heck of a capper. It never occurs to them that it is entirely possible to hit
60% in baseball and lose money, or hit 45% and make money.
The handful of handicappers on this site that actually turn
a profit and most of the people like yourself that respect and/or follow them
have learned the best way to deal with morons is simply to ignore them. If they
do not get the desired attention they crave they eventually leave. Please
observe that procedure in my threads.
