Like your strongest plays today Game...especially ATL...On the ARI pick, I'm trying to see your value there, as Oswalt is such an overwhelming impressive  9-1 one against ARI w/ 1.96 era....they got embarrassed badly last night and I expect them to be seeking to regain some respectability and revenge tonight...I know they're on a losing streak, but hard to make a case for ARI in this spot I feel.

I'm on HOU bigtime...BOL tonite Game

greetings, I like to read your MLB posts, so if you have some time I'd like to hear your reasoning for the Braves play.  Considering Livan's #'s so far the line does make me scratch my head and wonder.  I am speculating that you like the Braves past record in DC, but has to be more than that for you to put them at 1.75.  thanks in advance, Pie

Vargas is a gas can, always has been always will be.   The fact he's had a couple nice starts gives good value to TB RL.

I was actually thinking the under.  I cant take Seattle based on what their hitters have done against Shields which is basically nothing.

I agree with Vegas on this one. The sample size of limited ABs over the last month is not significant and you should definitely look at career numbers vs. lefties as a better predictor. With that being said, Crawford and Pena can't hit lefties, Upton is neutral, leaving Zobrist and Barlett as the ones who normally hit better vs. lefties. Zobrist's career OPS has a difference of over a hundred points L vs. R.

GH, Great Info and picks as always.

Is line movement something you take greatly into consideration when capping or are you just that good to almost always be on the right side of a inverse line movement?

I make a cap then use the line movement to solidify my capping.  Is this something you do as well?

I seriously doubt he is banking on the Phillies pen to outperform the Cards pen to win his bet.  If he took anyone in the 1st 5 I am speculating it would be Philly.
