take your 500 bucks, buy a nice gun, and shoot yourself!

If you are flat broke and can't pay rent, yet you have 500 fucking dollars sitting in a offshore bookie, then you are truly a degenerate loser!

good luck on your cubs play, you're going to need it

I appreciate all the advice, everyone gave great imput and alot of different options.

Talking to my landlord is an excellent option but I tried that 6 weeks ago when i lost my job and he sympathized but said he couldn't cut me a break.

I got a job working the over night shift unloading trucks fro department store but the hours are slim and I'll never meet my expenses.

I'm gonna have to do it the gambling way.  There's simply no other option.

Your landlord is a dick and an idiot. You are "bad credit" right now. Chances of him even getting this month's rent after he evicts you are very slim. You won't have an address and he can't find you. Not too mention he will lose next months rent and continue losing rent money until he fills your apartment. You also went out and got a shitty manual labor job, you aren't waiting for the ideal job to come to you. He needs to take that into account. As a 21 year old though, why are you committing yourself to 2500 in bills? I live in a 1000 dollar apartment so I can save money for the big what-ifs in live. If you get evicted then stay with a friend and get back on your feet.

This was your quote 1 day ago:

you can count me in... i want nothing to do with this shit anymore... luckily i'm plus 8 units on the season and i'm leaving with that...   there seems to be very little method to the madness...

i'm gonna wait the month and a half for college football to start and i can't wait for college hoops!

it's a shame that MLB has come the point that bullpens are fillwed with useless pieces of shit that are seriously impossible to account for what the overpaid bums will do on any given night.

baseball sucks... just gonna stickt o rooting for the yanks and fuck this heavy juice on teams cause good pitcher starts, he has a lead then hands the ball offf to some high school kid that can't throw a strike and if he soes it lands in the fucking parking lot.

So what has changed in one day? Nobody like a crybaby.

    Here's the scenario:

abaum: "Mr Landlord, I'm sorry, I don't have the money for rent this month, I lost my job and flat broke.

Landlord: " you mean to say you don't have any money"?

abaum: " uh, well, not exactly. I have 500 in a off shore betting account"

Landlord: Well why don't you just pay that and we can't work the rest out later.

abaum: "Nah, I thnk I'll just bet that money on the cubs today, and if that hits, I'll try to hit some more games to build it to $2500, then I'll give it to you"!

Marquis is dodgy, but has good career stats aginst the weak-hitting Giants (3-1, 2.56ERA, 1.01 WHIP). The Cubs are a great bet today and the best play on the card for your 500 bucks.

I am pulling for you buddy. Please get your priorities in order. I am 27 so I am young also. If it hits pay your bills and find a job. If you got to work 2 jobs do it. Get yourself an education or find a trade. I have an education in Electrical and Instrumentation and they are hurting for people all over the world. I make more money than the average middle class. You can get this idea at a voactional school and most of these schools will find a job for you while at school and the employer will pay for the school. It cost me a total of 100 dollars for 4 years of school. That was application fees. Nothing ever came out of my pocket besides that. Its an idea for you to think about. Hell you can go to my myspace page and I have an email on it. I will help you find a school in your area and a job through school. If you have a problem with money for school then fuck it I will pay for it. You only get 1 chance at life, make the best of it. I learned it the hard way going down the wrong path one time in my life.

Yeah I would suggest to not put all your eggs in one basket.  Cain has been a solid starter and Marquis has lost his last two starts.  Don't chase your money or you will have none left.  If you haven't already made the play, make a small wager on the total and maybe a smaller wager on the Cubs.  GL and hope things go well.

Think about it, the landlord throws him out. What does the landlord get? 2-3 months without rent. He is only eligible to get back 1 month and maybe some comp. for the tenant breaking his lease. Now Abaum can also just skip this months payment and continue living their. He will get charged a late rent fee, but probably could live their another month before getting evicted. There is 2 months gone now. That's why apartment rents are high, b/c bad/lost credit ups the prices for everyone. Guy that lived below me went MIA and they didn't officailly evict him until 6 months without paying rent

P.S. If your landlord knows anything about baseball, then he would be very happy if he knew his money was on the cubs!

    JB,
I also agree the landlord won't like that. However if he went to him before and said I can only get 1000-1500 this month (very easy to do with the 500 and ANY job) and the landlord said no, then he is an idiot. Now the landlord has no other option, I agree.

That is a funny idea. You better have enough to leave the country and not have any family left behind.

You never answered my question. Why is the landlord a dick? for throwing him out.

Now, you ask what does the landlord get for throwing him out. Uh, I don't know, a new FUCKING TENANT!

And he can't continue living living there if the landlord calls the cops and has his ass thrown out!

And who gives a shit why rent is so high! The fact is, the guy can't pay rent yet he wants to gamble with what he has! That is fucking nonsense!

so what the hell are you talking about??
