i have a friend in nc that has a guy that jacks up the line on some of the favs that he thinks is going to win,my friend plays the dog with him and the favorite with another guys and he wins everyday without a chance of losing.sprout

there def. is not a guarantee w/ a local...my buddy is into his for over 8K and he keeps getting like $750 a week...they say "oh, times are tough for us too, we are waiting to collect from other players, here is some freeplay" etc...last Aug I took down over 11K and mine kept pushing me off -"next week, next week" so next week i'd cash out a dime but hit a bad streak playing high lines and in total only actually cashed $3500...i was taken for a ride... both of our books are hoping that we hit a cold spell...

but the nice thing is there are no tax / IRS implications...no where out there is any of my info...and mine has a online and costa rica based 800 # to make the plays w/...it's nice if i play smart...BOLA
