I have cashed out a few times betting that. Well its TIE coming out of the first but I can think of many more sucker bets than that.

Historical data that I have comprising almost 15000 games shows the true MLs for each O/U value.  Comparing the true MLs against what the books offers shows that the books shade their lines so that the NO is a hugely negative expectation bet.  The common misconception is that the NO hits more often than the YES when actually overall the YES hits at a 52% clip, regardless of the posted O/U.

Interesting. Well I have it a tied game coming out of the first. I just think Lee and Harden can get out of the first without any damage. I think 4th-5th inning you'll see some runs put up.

Wow - great info - so just to understand you are saying that based on historical data that you have captured - betting yes is an inherently PE bet?

I would be very interested in hearing more about this - this bet is totally off of my radar.  Totally.  Is yes usually a favorite or underdog - do you know the average line of this bet?

I dont get YES or NO at my book. But you get to pick whos leading after the first. Tie game is usually around -140 - 150 where picking a team to be leading is like +260 +270.. around that depending on whos pitching.
