No surprise really he struggled there.


He had to get 3 outs against the bottom of a lineup that hadn't scored since the 1st inning, and damn near cost his team the game.  That's unacceptable for a closer, I don't care how many times they've seen him that week.

Colo.sucks now,has alot to do with 2 guys with injuries,but the truth is they were lucky to score 4 runs,1-9 the L-10 games means they are not scoring any runs.I knew they wouldnt hit that gas can Blanton and I would take the under again in this same game.Also its not like the Phils are scoring runs in bunches either,but someone mentioned Lidge 3rd  time against them in a 4 game series so they were due I guess to get some runs off him.

Actually they hit Blanton fairly well.  Colorado left about 20 guys on base today.

Thats my point,they have to many holes in the line up to score runs,still have a few good hitters,but Troy and Helton out has hurt them,plus a few others have missed games.They just cant be count on for much at this time is all Im saying.
