I don't know what your deal is man. I didn't bash on this guy ONCE. I WAS HAPPY he won so I wouldn't see this thread 5 days from now.

 

My threads are always under the Radar because I don't ask for attention.

I have been on covers for a while and have observed for years before actually becoming a member.  I have done a great job of adding some insight to the site, and have done an even better job of providing winners, which is the most important thing.  There are some other great cappers on this site...some post a lot, some sparingly, etc.  I have decided to just pick my spots and post those plays that I am extremely comfortable with.  This has seemed to work with great success, and it all continues tonight with my single largest wager in my career.

 

 

I know the Twins better then any other team in the majors as I follow their games, their minor league systems, attend their games regularly, etc.  Watching the Twins game last night I quickly said to myself, "here we go again" as the Twins fell in an early hole, 5-0 to the Rangers.  I continued to watch, especially since watching Joe Mauer is going to end up being a once and a life time experience...this guy is amazing.  As I watched the game I happened to watch the Twins start putting some things together in the game.  Hitting with runners in scoring position, drawing walks, two out hitting, and most importantly, scoring runs.  The Twins came back twice in this game, and ended up beating the Rangers 9-6 last night.  This is a huge win for the Twins who have no confidence...none...they have been getting beat badly lately, in large part because there pitching has been terrible...if that word even gives it justice.  Is this win going to catapult the Twins into a huge winning streak?  Not sure...still have to watch and figure that out...but I can tell you one thing...it is going to catapult the Twins into a winner tonight against the Rangers.  This win did a lot for a Twins team that is really struggling for a break.  There hard work finally paid off for them last night as they came back and won the game.  Not only do the Twins have that going for them, but they are facing a pitcher in Kevin Millwood, in which they destroy and own.  Millwood has yet to beat the twins, and is 0-6 with an ERA of 6.00 against the Twins in 10 starts.  The heart of the Twins lineup crushes Millwood, and that doesnt bode well for the Rangers, especially since hitting and scoring runs has not been a problem for the Twins as of late...it has been the pitching....which brings me to my next point.

 

The Twins will throw Scott Baker tonight to help right the pitching rotation's recent woes.  Scott has been the only bright spot in the Twins pitching rotation.  Baker is 4-0 with a 2.96 ERA over his last seven outings.  Baker's last start against the Rangers also came in Texas about a month ago.  He pitched 8 innings and gave up only one run in that game...a twins win, 4-1. 

 

This is only a small piece of the pie for the reasons why I am backing the Twins tonight as my biggest play of my career.  I will try and post the rest soon...Good Luck everyone
