Notes on Monday Games:
Colorado starter = 9.32 era on the road / Rockies only hit .191 on the road
Miami starter = 3.36 at home
Losing Streak more likely than Miami's Under Streak >> strong lean to the runline -1.5 (Rockies have been on the road for a long time now and tired and losing)
Detroit starter = 5.00+ era on the road / strong couple of outings recently/little history vs White Sox
-Detroit on 2 game UNDER streak
White Sox starter = 1.11 era at home / has allowed only 1 HR /1 RBI but hit for good avg vs Detroit hitters
-8.5 runs is decent to play the UNDER ....if the weather is co-operative (blowing in or hard to right field pole
- 2 game losing streak but expect the starter to be scrappy
Padres starter = .133 away era / has handled 14 SF batters well to a low era and no power hits
SF starter = .139 at home era/ been having some rougher games occasionally in the last 5
SF hits really well at home ...... is 7 runs too low for two good hitting teams? (VEGAS with trap total because of SF 9 game UNDER STREAK?)
Mets starter - Blackburn is a long reliever now and getting a spot start vs Dodgers
Dodgers starter - May has a 6.23 era vs Mets but pitches for a good era at home
-TOTAL is 9 > weather will be a factor in my decision to go OVER possible ... not a streak play
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PLAY #2 - DOUBLE UP STREAK PLAY (fade Rockies) - Miami Marlins -1.5 x 2U
- this game presents my best chance tomorrow to take advantage of a terrible Rockies team facing a strong hitting Marlins team with a decent home pitcher facing a 9.00+ era Marquez on the road ....
Might have a Recommendation on the other above games after I see weather and umpire assignments...
