From a source on a 16-2 run who won with Phillies yesterday.
The Tampa Rays are showing solid value as a small home favorite over
the Oakland A’s today. I’ll gladly take advantage and back them at this
generous price considering the edge they have on the mouse in this one.
Jarrod Parker has been getting lit up this season. He’s 0-2 with a
10.81 ERA and 2.659 WHIP through three starts this year, allowing 14
earned runs and 31 base runners over 11 2/3 innings.
Jeremy Hellickson has been much sharper, going 0-1 with a 4.91 ERA
and 1.146 WHIP through three starts. He has given up just 5 earned runs
over 12 innings in his last two starts, which were road outings against
Texas and Boston.
The Rays are 7-0 in their last 7 home games vs. a team with a road
winning % of greater than .600. Tampa Bay is 11-4 in its last 15 home
games. Bet the Rays Saturday.

Guys, I've been doing this for quite awhile now, and with NBA and NHL season chases over and the NHL having lost for the first time in four years (wish I had posted those back then), I've decided it's time for somebody else with some baseball knowledge to take over the thread.
NBA Official 59-6 with open 2 game chase (not that good) NHL Official 15-3 and unofficial 2-1 (TERRIBLE)
I've enjoyed keeping the thread going, but working 6 days a week I just don't have the time to do a proper job for you guys.
I'm sure there is somebody else who will volunteer to take my place and do a bang-up job.
I will post occasionally in the new thread, but not every day.
Billybaroo, hi2ak, laeger are regulars from the past who may want to take this on.
You can call the thread anything you like EXCEPT for Chasers Lounge, Chase the Dog or Chase the Angle, as that may confuse people who pop in looking for the old days. Semper and Shady aren't coming back here as far as I know.
When I took over the thread from them all I wanted to do was keep the thread alive so everyone could try to stay together and have a positive place to post their plays. Many have left now and the thread is pretty much dying out.
My twitter handle is same as here just put the @ in front of it.
Guys, it's been great knowing all of you. I'm not going away, I'm just not going to run a thread for now. I'll be around and will be sure to post in the new thread if anyone wants to keep it going. The only thing I suggest is make sure to stress "keep it positive".
I'll give you a heads-up on the NHL playoffs, be sure to check insiderangles (dot) com for info which usually finds dogs. It worked really well for me last year as I had a winning record W/L betting mostly dogs using their info (nice plus money to boot).
If anyone wants to continue, just copy and paste the link to YOUR new thread...
