Beckett is unhittable to start the year. but his numbers fad as you get into the fall. and he got rocked in the playoffs.
Lester has not looked good in his last three outings.
Smoltz is 100 years old.
Penny could make it in the NL west. good luck in the AL east.
Boston has a good staff, just not top 5
 
Kazmir is not the rays best pitcher. Garza is...
kazmir only had .07 better ERA then shields. and you just said kazmir is awesome.

When is say Kazmir is awesome... I mean i like his style.. i like his guts... i like the way he pitches...he's a great talent..

Don't feel the same way about Shields at all, dont give a fuck what his E.R.A is.

If i was an opposing hitter, I rather face Shields then Kazmir any day.

Seriously, do you guys realize Sanchez has done nothing but suck in his career and Zito has done nothing but suck for a few years now? Not to mention one of the most overrated players in the game, Matt Cain, has been slightly above average. So really they have Timmy, an overrated Cain, and a 45 year old who can be dominant at times but can also be terrible at times. I just dont get the Giants love.
