i'll take the brewers at 12-1 .. 

greinke, marcum, gallardo    are all aces.

not comparable to hallday and lee.  but i like the brewers offense more.

thanks! yeah, i try to get a few futures in around the 1/3 to 1/2 point of the season. you get solid odds and massive bragging rights if you hit. i usually pick three or four, but i feel like the NL is going to win it this year so i just took the two. may add the red sox, but odds don't really warrant it.

40x on the brew crew is solid though.

any thoughts on tonight's games? i have the braves and astros RL so far.

No way in hell the Giants repeat as WS champs. No way. Did you not see them just get wiped away by the Phillies at home ( this isn't the reason I know they won't repeat, just 1 of like 10.)

They don't even look like a playoff team right now. Sorry if I don't hang on SJP's everyword like you papa.

whevans, you should look at PapaShango's thread if you want solid MLB picks. I'll have leans and what not, but nothing too intense.

I've been doing WNBA lately and pretty much wrapped up MLB. MLB is one of my worst sports so I'm just happy to have made money on it this year. Time to gear up and away from it.

Brother, you are sorely mistaken.  Sarah and I have had our differences, but I am above that and don't waste my time anymore because she has way too many people giving her shit everyday like you.  Why don't you go make a thread about picks instead of just talking shit? 

Giants can win the World Series with their pitching alone.  They did it last year and can do it again.  I don't think they will, but it certainly is not crazy whatsoever to think they will.

I do make threads with my picks. Roughly 5 times a week. I'm having a decent season.

I don't feel the need to have to spotlight on me though and talk about how much money I win, when its the internet and nothing can be proven. Thats why I use units and not actual $ amounts.

I will also answer every single question directed at me and not dodge them and try to come back with a half-ass response, like some people who will remain nameless.

It is extremly pointless to bash online, and I usually stay away from doing so.

However when someone acts so smug an arrogant, and has the nerve to say that one of her bets is bigger than my bankroll. I feel the need to atleast try to put them in their place. ( I hope you can understand that.)

Unlike most haters on the internet, I would gladly look you right in the eye and voice my opinion just as loudly.

But, in my opinion Sarah, as a poster for a little while and a lurker in this forum for years, I think you should relax with all of the B.S.  I know you write columns for this site, but that doesn't mean you need to take up all of the space on this forum.  For one ENTIRE season I would love to see you just post picks and a legit record with units instead of $.
