Bookie, thanks again. Found -1 at 5D later - they just don't go up early night before. I'm not a math guy - per your quote above how would you make a -1 line? if you have the time to explain I'd love to learn. Right now TOR is +145 on RL and -111 on ML. I play a $100 unit so I'd bet $100 to win $109 if I had PK. I don't see how to replicate that using the RL and ML. thanks again for your help.
Easy way:
Just bet enough on the ML to cover your RL -1' wager
You have $100 to wager at -150 ML and +100 RL you would need
$60 on ML (pays $40) to cover your $40 RL wager
