 Yes .5 cents off but tampa is a play. Cincy was -110 and lost and isn't a play. Maybe his site is different than bet365 which I use.

Ok, not sure why -110 wouldn’t have been a play. Not sure I understand what .5 cents off means. I also view -110 as being between -125 and +110.
