Are folks desperate for MLB gambling?

I guess so; odds are popping up at SBR on all of tomorrow's games, and all of the pitchers are listed as "undecided". What the heck, flip a coin I guess. Now mind you, these are the same folks that wouldn't dream of betting a football game without knowing the starting quarterback, or a basketball game without knowing the starting point guard and center, but in baseball the starting pitcher doesn't matter. You gotta love it.

Yes, those horrible facts that never go your way no matter what.

Of all of those things that happen in the game, the worst is the amount of games having a 2-3 run lead end of the 7th that end up losing.

Quick check on the kid...he's from Palos Heights Illinois...rich kid. Went to Oak Forest high school. Kids from Palos don't go to Oak Forest unless their parents got the coin to send them there. I'm laying off on this fact alone.

Went to Louisville. Kicked ass. 4th round pick by Detroit.

4 years in the minors, 4.23 era, 1.43 whip. But isolated #'s from AAA are much worse, 20 starts, 8.25 era, 2.10 whip.

13 appearances out of the pen for the Tigers last year, 7.27 era, 1.90 whip.

He's not ready, may never be. Great last name though.
