Per VividSeats, the average ticket price for Ohtani's previous start in 2023 was only $55

Problem, possibly, is if he only pitches one or 2 innings and is pulled, the Dodgers lose his bat....unless I suppose they shift him to the outfield maybe.
Two outs, bottom of 2nd, runner on 3rd, and ABEL throws a strike on a 3 - 2 count to end the inning....BUT, the umpire called it a ball and gave the batter 1st base. [replays prove it was a strike]
Now runners on the corners, when Philly should be batting in the top of the 3rd...
Sure enough, after the umpire's mistake, the next batter hit a single, a run scores and there are still runners on the corners........but the next batter gets HBP to load the bases with 2 out and the score tied...
It should be Phillies leading 1 - 0 and batting...
That's how easy this game flips regardless how well we handicap.

And in extra innings it now looks like the Yankees will LOSE at home to the very mediocre Angels....which would make it 4 consecutive losses and only 4 total runs scored among them...
So, 4 consecutive losses....only 4 total runs.....and despite this awful slump at thye plate they are HEAVY FAVS on Tuesday against the team that just beat them...
