Well, I think it's not all that bad....a bit premature
Twinkies DO have a positive record and 2nd place in the division.
They have played 5 more road games, so there will be 5 extra home games coming to balance the schedule and they are likely to collect some wins from that and keep pace with Tiggers. Losing an ace is tough but teams over the years have managed. They call up a stud from the minors and a new ace is born....or they move one of their best from the BP and he steps in very well. And don't forget there's always a chance the Tigers will run into troubles of their own.
Since we still aren't even close to the mid-point of the season, let's watch and see how it's shaping up at the All-Star break in a month...
