Yeah thats crazy that doctors never bothered to learn that about vitamin d. when you take it without magnesium and vitamin k2, then vitamin d does not know how to get the calcium into the bones where you want it, right to arteries. Vitamin d is like a DRUNK DRIVER, lollll. To top that off, you know how much prescription vitamin d doctors like to prescribe that is the 50,000 mega dose units that you take once a week and dont tell patients about those other 2 important things you should take, even more important since the high vitamin d dose is wandering around in your arteries.
Yes the newer blood thinners, you can take vitamin k2. if you were on Wararin, you wouldnt be able to take it and top of that forgot about eating all the green leafy vegetables, they are loaded with k2 (in fact vitamin k is the reversal agent for warfarin in hospitals, the newer blood thinners have different type of reversal agents)
I used to take warfarin. Total pain in the ass, had to go 2 , sometimes 3 times a week to get blood tested and then the dose of warfarin had to keep being adjusted, cause it had to sit in a tight range. also couldnt eat many of the leafy vegetables, cause numbers would be off. So Thank God for Eliquis. When eliquis first came out, they didnt make a reversal agent for it(still dont understand why not, but they have one now) so i was taking a chance even taking it, but still did so i didnt have to get tested and could eat what i wanted

My Father has been going thru similar challenges... He had a minor Heart Attack that could have been avoided with a yearly check up... His blockage was in the "Widow Maker" Artery & Valve... Good thing is.. After the Stint... He has alll of this crazy energy that had been lacking!... that he assumed was caused by age. Now he goes to the Gym & walks instead of carting on the Golf Course daily... And has dropped 50 LBS!... And he really wasn't what most people consider a Fat Man. I dont know you but have been praying for a similar recovery for yourself... and i am most certainly no jesus freak lol... Thank You King Fubah! LFG!!
BTW Covers Brothers... If You Are Over 40 or Overweight without exercise... Go get your Heart checked! and a Colonoscopy.

Do you think baltimore has there game today against cincy circled? Balt got beat by cincy 24-2 last april in balt. Also how much partying do you think cincy did on the plane celebrating their win over the best pitcher in baseball this year? Cincy travelling back home after being on road for last 7 games, holiday weekend, thinking about the parties they are gonna be having at home with family and friends.
This has all the markings of cincy taking a huge beat down today from baltimore. Who knows thou, maybe cicny comes out and beats them again 24-2 lolllllllllllllllll.
