After I tweak DOWN the Oriole's est. runs (slightly) facing Vasquez, and then raise Padre est runs (slightly) facing Gibson, the Orioles still have a solid edge, estimated at about +0.9 runs

Who knows. Maybe they might this time.
SKENES almost always pitches VERY WELL. But that doesn't matter. They are only 6 - 8 when Skenes starts and just 3 - 5 AT HOME, even when pitching well!
They have lost their last 5 games SKENES started including 3 at HOME.
I wonder how many rookie bettors are going to jump on the PIRATES just because Skenes is starting...
