ok, optionrally site is back after a servier update and i know some heads are gonna roll there as the main screeen of maintanance did not appear and instead we all saw apache page (my account manager said so)

Has anyone ever had trouble getting PAID by OptionRally?
There's a guy on youtube that seems to think, because the offshore one are almost all unregulated by US authorities, that all binary option shops are...scams!
Don't think we can post YTube links, but the title of his vid is 

BINARY OPTIONS HOW TO LOSE A FORTUNE. JUST MAKE A DEPOSIT!

  My guess? He's probably over reacting. Still, it's important to know you can actually bank your winnings, no?


PS I read elsewhere, that some of these places scam by not counting a win as a win. IOW, they keep the time clock running until after a given position reverses.
