I been really wanting to the learn the market and think this is a very reliable forum with some educated people.Just want to know the best way to start. The way you started to help me on achieving my goal and hopefully making & talking money with you.Give ideas such as what classes,courses,places or business etc.. to go to.I live in Orlando,Fl if you know of anywhere in the area that would be greatly appreciated.I don't want you to think I'm lazy by not researching it because I'm clueless to the market.I look at this as my first step of research.Anyways thanks again and good luck on making money this year.....

in short, you can learn a ton on your own, investopedia.com has tons of lessons and online things you can do to learn and links to other sites. that's my favorite website especially when i want to explain something that is technical to one of my lay person clients.
you may want to get a broker depending on how much money you have. that way you can learn along the way with him/her and make sure that before you are capable to manage your money on your own that it is taken care of.
now i am not saying this b/c i am a broker in bev hills, i am saying this b/c it is in your best interest.
it does cost more to have a broker, a lot more, BUT there are plenty studies and facts out there that show that the average individual investor loses money over the longterm and if they gain money they dont outperform the market as a whole.
