Took 30 pips on the AU trade and out..dont like that pair at all, spreads are a mile wide.

Short Lb.Yen at 135.75, if the market ever drops, one day maybe this trade can net 50 plus.

Took 60 on the LB short..covered at 135.15

Nice Wall....i tailed Matt on a buy of AUD/NZD from his report yesterday...got a better entry than he did by 40 pips and i getting ready to jump out right now...rate announcement shot this pair back up 70 pips in last 30 mins

Nice to see you catch some breaks, I know it has been a tough month or so.

The EU looks totally range bound as does the LB. The AU buy was awesome, it looks like the AU might test the moving average again, but to me all the moving averages and technical indicators are just the tail of the dog relative to what is really driving these..the financial markets and the woes of the EU...

Yeah AU and EU got me by the short and curly ones at the moment but i aint going anywhere....AU still has a head and shoulders pattern though the move last few days is now reaching above right shoulder...

Im waiting for 9250 to average,i know its coming....hell i might even wait for it to test 9330s [Jan highs]again....

I been down but im not out and all these little trades are still good $$$ so i cant complain....although id be much better off if i stopped reading other sites as its caused me to be a box here of late

I'm in a bad spot guys, hope you can help a bit.

I took a SHORT position on EUR/USD back at the beginning of March at 1.3456, expecting the EUR to continue on it's downward spiral with news of Greece... I let it run, I'm now in the hole HUGE.  I need to know, you guys think the EUR will start falling again? Really don't want to exit this trade, if I do, I'm gonna take a big kick in the teeth. 

I didn't set any stops, nor limits for this trade. 

BTW, I've still got plenty of margin available to ride this out... so I'm willing to do so, but it looks as though I went short at the worst possible time

What you need is the USM to crack for a few weeks, it has been running what now 17 of 20 days?

If Greece melts or another country throws up the white flag you will be kicking butt on that trade, but for how bad the USM has been you could have been in MUCH worse condition had it not been for the unknown regarding Greece.

It looks like a bottom sort of on a day chart but nothing really convincing..Ive been down much more than 2 cents on a trade and it has come back just fine, I hope you have been lightly averaging up and if you havent I would consider it if you were going to ride it out.

I am torn though because buck is LONG the trade you are short...

I think that greece might be the tip of the iceberg,

there is still the matter of Ireland, Span and Portugal.

Really though if you read around theres a mixed bag of views on this pair...i think it drops more to be honest...

You can just let the trade sit there and keep making other trades or average your way up....

I think the USM dips back down again, looking for 50 pips.

Ice i took a look at the chart and it looks as though youve went down 300 pips twice and the came all the way back to being 100 pips or less down...my question is why have you not tried moving your average b4 now or setting a stop after it moved back towards you...i know if i get down 100 or so ill average and if it keeps going against me i look for the next level in the charts...Eur sank on me but i was waiting for 133 cause looking at a chart thats what i thought the next target was...

Averaged up to about 137.08 on the LB short..

Any USM weakness and this puppy will pay me large.

I keep saying that, USM weakness..maybe next year the market will drop more than 5 pts.

Yeah they rescued the USM late again..happens every single day, they buy futures and push it up.

What are your plans when/if this new margin rule comes down, the 10 to 1 margin rule?

Supposedly it applies to all US citizens and I think it would pull a ton of liquidity out of the market.

10k at 10 to 1 margin would allow you ONE lot on most currency pairs.
