Best horse bet you have for today

Im just getting started in horseracing please post your best bet for today   thanks I want to try and learn what you guys do etc

Just saw your post...here's one for Friday @ Keenland Race 3.

WPS #5 Wild for Wycliff (Since I don't know how much you know....WPS means betting #5 to Win means 1st, Place means runs 2nd & Show means he runs 3rd. Next we are playing an exotic wager. An exotic wage is any other bet other than WPS.

I like 3 other colts in this race besides #5. I also like #3 Mr. Annoying (that's my wife's nickname for me), #7 After Five & #10 Modesto. So that gives us 5-3-7-10.

I will bet an exacta which means I have to pick the 2 colts to come in 1st & 2nd. So I need a combination of these 4 colts to come in 1st or 2nd which gives me 12 possible combinations to win. eg...5-7 or 10-3 or 5-10 etc.

A bet of $12 will give me half of whatever the exacta pays. A bet of $24 gives me the whole exacta if I win.
