Things that irritate me more the older I get.

Female sports talk hosts or co-hosts.   When I hear them I immediately switch the station, usually to Bloomberg radio     I don't mind listening to knowledgeable women talk about the markets or the economy, but don't want to hear them blathering about the NFL.

  1.I hate it when people call other people " Son " and they are 21 or 22.
 2. Tattoos were so bad ass 20 years ago ,now they are just an act of conformity.EVERYONE has one .All the coolness has been sucked out of them.
3. I hate those stupid " North Face " jackets everyone wears. If you have not climbed the Matterhorn ,or competed in a Dog Sled race.... You are just another trendy poser.
4 .Since I work in a restaurant ,I hate it when people come in 5 minutes before we close and order after the cooks and I put everything away.
 5 . People refusing to use turn signals when they are behind the wheel.
 6.The fact  that herb has been demonized for 90 + years ,but it is fine to be hooked on oxys or any other over the counter Meds.( As long as the Drug companies makes their billions.)
 7.The whole Texting thing is completely out of control.Really dehumanizing and so sad.People can not really talk to each other anymore.
8 People who commit crimes and then use drugs as an excuse for their behavior.
 9 I also think it is funny that everyone wears Flip -Flops now ,but when my Grandmother wore them years ago ,she was laughed at for being a peasant..
 10 I also hate when there is a bit of wind or rain My Direct TV gets all messed up.

The smartphone generation - People can't go 5 minutes without having to tap tap tap on that goddamn phone. either FB, a game, texting, sad really but above all it's infuriating.

Stupidity on television - There's 500 channels and maybe 15 have something that's even mildly entertaining to watch. How does something like that even happen

Kids and young children - Almost everytime when I see some spawn of satan running around a store, mall or restaurant  like it's there own personal fucking playhouse, the "parents" are either nowhere to be found or could just give a shit. I cannot tell you how many times I've gotten into it with trash POS mothers (usually fatty fats) about their fucking out of control demon child.

Bad TV/radio commercials - Can't help it, I make radio spots it's what I do.

DVR choosing not to record for whatever reason

People that do not know how to fucking communicate (unfortunately this seems more prevelant in the 18-21 yr old female demographic too, lol)

living in the city. too many people, too much pollution, traffic, noise. no stars in the sky at night, annoying neighbours, lack of privacy, dumb laws etc...

People who have a lack of consideration for the people around them i.e. People who don't give a fuck and do whatever they want at the expense of others enjoyment

People who do not return the grocery cart to the holding rack that is 2 parking spaces away from their car
Cell phones, texting, Facebook, Twitter 24/7 (Hutch )

Disrespectful kids teens and adults

Oprah, Ellen Degeneres etc.

Reality TV - who gives a fuck about the Housewives of (insert random city here) or some fat ass road kill eating rednecks or Douchebag fist pumping wannabes etc.

Pussification of America - I saw some news piece yesterday that in Idaho or Iowa it is now considered corporal punishment if a coach makes a kid run laps as a form of discipline. I thought you have to be fucking kidding me, running laps is too hard on the poor kids. We are sinking into the abyss with this nonsense.

Sounds like a lot of people on here have a hard time coping with the fact that technology has continued to have a huge impact on the world and in the lives of people everyday. I mean it sounds like some people are in denial and refuse to learn about it (new technology)  you'd be amaze at how easy and helpful most of it is. 

This thread is exhausting to read because I agree with it all.

I just smile at the world and for the most part, they smile back.

 Just easier that way.

Man thats a great list. Only 4 things I wanna add.

1) The whole cell phone texting thing (mentioned by others) while trying to do something else (drive,shop,eat, anything). I can drive and talk on my phone without swerving or slowing down and speeding up repeatedly.....most cannot

2) Nobody takes pride in their work anymore. I guess nobody really expects to have the same job for very long, so why pay attention and get good at it, right? People used to have careers or a profession and got really good at what they do by working at their craft for decades. Just look at furniture and things that were made many years ago. Freakin solid. Now, people just wanna make more money for doing less. I just overpaid for some flooring I had done simply because the mom and pop shop took time to talk to me, were exteremely nice/helpful and actually came to check out my flooring situation/needs

3) All the cry baby whiners and pussies this country has created. Its ALWAYS somebody else fault or "I'm gonna sue you." Then a fucking idiot judge side with the idiot plaintiff for mega bucks. This PC bullshit has gone too far

Selfishness.

80% of America has no class and limited to zero two way communication skills. (inability to listen, inability to respond, inability express interest, inability to present themselves....list goes on and on.

Covers is loaded to the gill with these personality flaws. It is clear as day since I've been here in 2003. I'll use AD1260, Hutch, Wallstreet and CD for just top of the head examples. Both of these non selfish gentlemen are highly social. They respond to comments, ask a question and relate interest. Class.

Nobody is complaining about the technology itself. They are complaining about the addiction of having their phone in their hand 24/7 and putting themselves at risk by not paying attention to their surroundings.

You see it everyday people texting, FB'ing, tweeting while driving walking oblivious to what is going on around them or face to face social situations. Nobody or anything they are doing is that fucking important to tweet about while walking across the street or on a date or out to dinner with friends.

I embrace the technology and use it frequently, even catch myself being the asshole I complain about realize what I am doing and put the phone back in my pocket.
