Idiots on cell phones trying to do an independent check out and having it take 3 times as long because they can't just say, "I'll call you back."

Idiots on cell phones who circle the produce section for 15 minutes without putting anything in their cart because they just can't wait to talk to that person until they are done shopping.

Idiots who text while they drive.

Idiots who go to a bar with a friend and all they both do is sit there and text other people the whole time.

Idiots who actually have to be on their cell phone while they are out for a run or a bike ride.

Idiots out for bike rides who are so important they have to pull over to read a text or send one.

Idiots who can't do anything at all (go to a movie, stop to meet a friend for an appetizer, go out to dinner, etc.) without their cell phone.
