I can't speak to the contract they signed but it would have had to stipulate that they agreed to pay any fines levied on NBC by the FCC. That of course would effectively be the same thing but the FCC only has authority over the broadcasters.

Yes she got her 15 minutes and will be forgotten even faster.

The same people bitching that "oh my kids were in the room watching this event and will be scarred for life"...

Cussed,bitched,moaned,and raised hell when Welker dropped the pass that probably would have covered their Pats ML and possibly the spread.
