Quote of the year:
"How the F do you bet on sports if you don't even know the definition of deadbeat?"
Never thought we had to correlate anything in a thread.
You and Bling must have the same IQ level. Like a 1st grader. You have no business walking the streets if you don't know the definition of deadbeat... you monkey and furthermore if you want some corrleation in your life... correlate your mouth on Bling's pipe. How's that?

Vanzack - this thread is not about you, it is about me and the OSU Buckeyes, Money shot and his ladies on the side, and a lot of guys tired of your phony claims.

one question i have to ask is that if you make enough money to support yourself each year for the last 7 years, why would a book continue to let you bet? it would be a sheisty move on their part to cut you off but i think if im running a book and someone is consistantly (7 years) taking money from me, im saying enough is enough.

van, read your posts always and that flat betting thread was one of the best on covers since ive read. it makes so much sense and i dont know why i never thought of it. i cant believe all the people who cannot grasp it. a way to put it maybe would be that each games 'swing' (amount won)-(-amount lost) so that each games difference between winning and loosing is 2 units. a -150 bet would have a 250 dollar swing and a +100 bet would be a 200 dollar swing if you bet to win 100 on each. its easy to tell you know what youre doing and talking about. how many people here know what a standard deviation is, or if they bet a -150 bet that they need to win 3/5 to break even.

Thanks for the compliments.
Im going to answer you very seriously. The reason good books dont cut you off is simple - good books actually want some winners. Pinnacle has never kicked out a winner EVER - their reasoning is that through better ranked players they can shade their lines so that they give out a better line to everyone else. So its almost paying the better ranked players a salary to let them know what lines are soft, in order to not get killed by the masses.
I have been cut off at several books - but not books worth playing at. Matchbook will never cut anyone off because the exchange style isnt hurt at all by winners, and pinnacle wont either.
Anyone can tell you that recreational books will cut you off or make your limits ridiculous if you continuously beat them, but there is a list of about 10 books that wont cut anyone off.
