It's called EXCUSES! And these are the same people who denigrate the Black community for making excuses for 'their problems' (because when it happens in a Black community those problems are exclusive to blacks). They denigrate me for having an anti-racist stance on a message board (Could you imagine what they'd do if it was said on their street? I could.).
These are the same people who preach personal responsibility from an ivory tower of racial privilege.
These detestable human beings (and the 'human' naming convention is forced upon me otherwise I would avoid it at all costs with what are closer to swine), MUST point to something to get out from under the evidence that the criminal justice system, primarily the drug war, is targeted on minorities, first and foremost against Blacks, followed closely by Hispanics.
The Times posted proportions so wildly out of whack, even a high school freshman who knows the most basic of statistics would tell you these proportions are so overwhelmimgly statistically significant with regard to race, you'd laugh at someone who tried to say otherwise.
But of course, in a thread of bigots with as much self-worth as chrysanthemums in the Shara desert, all you find is excuses.
400% racial disparity nationwide!
800% racial disparity in Iowa and Minnesota!
Again, it doesn't matter if it were 80,000%, they'd find something!

If you are white, I implore you to read the above carefully. The study does not lie and it is in real numbers, not probabilities. There are up to EIGHT BLACKS arrested for weed for EVERY ONE WHITE. That is a peer reviewed credible study. Those are real people arrested and given records. It is not to be taken lightly when it comes to jobs, education, one's future...
What do you get from bigots? It's anything but race (with Hutch saying race something had to do with it but it's ya know, complicated, so in, don't ignore these other suggestions my covers brothers threw out there or my own. Anybody wanna talk speeding tickets?)
When they need proportions about violent crime (a significant percentage has to do with ten drug war/trade), proportions smaller than the ones above, those are perfectly reasonable! Why? Because they believe they are in a position of privilege to tell you what can be used and what can't.
This is Racism-2013: soft bigots without the white hoods but do everything and anything to slander and disparage to maintain racial superiority behind closed doors to create a toxic, racially charged America.
