I think Ug is right. There should be enough holiday parties to get you to xmas. Check catering firms in your area.
Even more bold-check with big companies if they've planned their parties yet. Tell them "well, I know some people...." get the particulars, then go to a catering firm.
Tell them, "I know a company of (x) people that needs catering on (x) date. You put me on that gig, I'll tell you who it is"
