everyone's got an opinion and i love how everyone would have beat the fuck out of a naked guy in the guy shower, no questions asked.
20/20 does a show "what would you do?" shows the public in uncomfortable situations, like a man yelling at a woman, people stealing from others and its always the same story. about 1 of 10 people actually do something.
but everyone at covers would throw down his sneakers and start beating the piss out of a scary, naked dude in the shower who is banging a 10 year old, no questions asked. hell, sandusky would kick over half people's asses, hes not some small dude by the way.
i am so sick of people letting the police of the hook for their failed investigation in 1998 when this could have been stopped. In fact, Paterno was the only one who did a thing, firing Sandusky.
Dont think for one minute Sandusky wasnt bitter either, and i think he is a sick fuck who obviously has many issues, most of which is molesting kids. But something tells me he wanted to stick it (no pun) to Paterno and Penn State just as much for his firing and not getting the gig from Paterno. Joe told him he would not be the man to take over back in 98. This would also show how sick a fuck this guy is by actually answering the door when a reporter showed up there two days ago. Who in this situation answers the door?? Oh, Sandusky, draped in Penn State warmups.
Dont get me wrong, far too many were negligent here and the shame is all of the victims here of course. But i think Sandusky had alterior motives to fuck joe and others too. The guy admitted in 1998 he molested kids and the COPS did nothing.
Stop letting the COPS off the hook here so easily, they didnt do their job!!! Joe did his job, legally, perhaps not morally. But I am sick of all the people blaming him and McQueary as much as they blame Sandusky. Give me a break, they are not nearly as at fault like they are child molesters. A pathetic comparison.
Not to mention, nobody here besides the Attorney General and police have all the facts and joe was not charged in any way shape or form but 3 others were.
IF joe knew 100 percent about all of these details, yeah he is a piece of shit. But no one on covers.com knows what joe knew, its all speculation.
And to calm all of your calling for his head like you would be the one to let him go, newsflash, there have been rumors that he was going to announce before the nebraska game this is it for him anyway. Odds were estimated at about 60-75 percent he was done due to health, he would presumably get the record, he has no qb to win a national championship with, and felt a real shot to get a great candidate with Dungy and Urban available/interested.
One last thing, you think the PSU coaches didnt know this was coming? They testified in December 2010, so its been almost a year. Joe could have bowed out gracefully last year and avoid this sure circus this year. He did not.
Lets let the man speak and see what he says, he wanted to today and the president who is more responsible than him if there was a cover up would not let him due to fear of what he might say. Joe may have a completely different story of who knew and what he tried to do that none of us know. He may have covered it up, no one can say 100 percent.
Focus on the victims and the predator Sandusky. And if you want to move on from that, the pigs who didnt follow through in 1998 or thereafter. No red flags when Sandusky was mysteriously let go by Paterno? The cops are supposed to protect our society, thats what they get paid for. They failed these kids more than any parent/administrator.
by Sandusky ???? Sandusky is married (not for long!) and has six children ( five boys, 1 girl). It begs the question if he sexually assaulted them also?
