If you think these sportsbooks arent crooked then think again...In 1997 I was a customer at SBG global, at that time i started working with this guy Rich (No last name) from Long island (Tout) ,we started off betting $500 and peoceded to double up until the account reached 64K (all the while SBG would take the Money out of my account to pay Rich, at that time i was pretty happy and really didnt care how Rich got paid and didnt think anything was wrong with the fact that Rich and SBG were connected. Rich calls me up and tells me to bet Boston College(CFB) for the entire 60K, feeling that Rich's luck had run out and he was due to lose because he just ran off like 7 in a row. Well need less to say i got scared and didnt bet the game and it won, when I admitted to him that i didnt bet it he  was furious and my SBG proceded to take 10K out for Rich's pocket, so they are corrupt and this probably still goes on today.

I got beat by 5 Dimes myself a few years back.

Wasn't a seriously large amount like in this case. Whatever the amount in question...large or small..They will always come out on top with the cash as the US player has no way to do anything as they are in Costa Rica..... EXCEPT warn others like I am doing now

Seems to me they will f--k over whoever they want..when they want.

Beware of opening an account at 5 Dimes. You may be the one in a hundred they will chose to beat.

I heard tony sent his mother to give the guy Oral Pleasure.

the guy was so impressed with tony's Mom and her oral skills, He sent tony 10K, He also asked Tony if he was as good as his mother at Delivering Oral Pleasure.

Tony's response was from what my people tell me was

If you liked the way my mom spit shined Your Pole, You will love how I do it, Since it was I TONY FRANKLYN who taught my deer old mum how.

If you spot bad lines, tell Customer Service to get them corrected.

Holy Crap! If this is really what you take away from all of the information about this case you are Tony, or your bending over and taking it from him daily.

Tony did not pay. There are several forums that have all the  details about this story.  In this case if you really know the facts the actual issue is gray. But Tony acts like a POS for sure.

I have a bigger question about 5dimes. They had a NCAA tourney bracket contest this year that for 10 bucks and if you picked a perfect bracket you got TEN MILLION dollars. I know the odds are virtually zero, but they are not zero, they are virtually zero.  There was no talk of Tony insuring this bet so either Tony has ten million in cash lying around or he took a shot.

Like someone said, odds are like 1 in 50 quintillion of filling out a perfect bracket.

Tony offering 1million:1 odds might be the best bet-booking around.....

I always bet on mistake lines whenever I find them. 95% of the time they are corrected.....sometimes not. Is stealing wrong? Yep. Is taking money from a sucker wrong?......Different story.

If you were playing craps and kept getting overpaid every time you hit a certain number and the pit boss doesnt catch it, would you pipe up and tell them to stop paying you so much?

I agree we the players have no say or ability to defend actions if any suspicion of money is in play. Reading this guy's story and the chatlog from Tony....there are several things that stand out to me.
First of all this guy had to be an experienced gambler and not on a hot streak. It is not easy to turn less than $3k into $32k. When you do start winning the book will notice (fault of 5dimes for no earlier action).

If you are not experienced with betting and just opened an account to bet, how likely will you go straight to the pleasers? seems rare to me.

I think 5dimes is at fault for not recognizing their problem earlier, especially after he withdrew $10k. On the issue whether he deserves the other $22k or should pay back the $10k... I think this guy knew what he was doing in the first place, got away with it, and took the $10k out smartly. He shouldn't have to pay back the $10k and 5dimes should get the $22k and both parties should leave it at that.
The guy was betting with money and winning larger amounts because he was given an amount he shouldnt have been given. It is the fault of 5dimes and the guy shouldnt be punished for his accomplishment, but really he wouldnt have won $32k if he didnt receive the $3k. You dont win $32k from betting $50...you win it by betting $500 and $1000, especially in the short time frame he did it in. Which also makes me think this guy knew what he was doing and was taking advantage of the large amount of money he had so he was betting more to make more.

I bring you this example... You go to a restaurant in Vegas where you have reservations in your hotel. You give your name and the restaurant mistakes your name with another couple with same name. The other couple has VIP comped reservations and you do not. You basically are using their table and VIP status. After a free bottle of wine, you tell waiter they must be mistaken you for someone else and they say no we know who you are. So you continue with the dinner and VIP status. After getting the very expensive meal for free, the other couple shows up late and the waiter and manager comes over to say sorry for the confusion but you now must pay for your dinner.
You say you shouldnt have to because its their fault, but they say you knew you werent them and were taking advantage....
This is basically what happened here with 5dimes. The restaurant is at fault and you took advantage no matter what...you may have told the waiter (just like the guy called 5dimes).

However in the real world the restaurant would not allow the couple to pay because it was their fault. A restaurant has more compassion than an out of the country non regulated sportsbook.

Okay, I agree with this, Only Problem here is the way Tony Piece of Crap Franklyn threatened this man.

No justification for those actions whatsoever, Tony is a piece of crap Neanderthal who's time should be spent begging me for beer money.

And I am a firm believer, If you screw up a line then you eat it, Its the cost of doing business, Truthfully that man Dan is entitled to every penny of that 22k and Tony should send his mother there again to give the dude another gum job and pleasure the guy as well.

I say hell no, If you read the entire back and forth between these two, It is pretty apparent that Tony is a sc*mbag wanna be bully and the only solution to the tony's vindictive and child like attitude is a 45 calibur bullet right between his eyes.

Iv never been afraid to speak my mind, and I will tell you all right now, Tony deserves to drown in his own piss, If this dirtbag was on fire I wouldnt piss on him to put it out, Id wait until the fire burned itself off before Id take a leak on him.

To threaten a man and his family with Violence while he is hiding like a little B*tch in a third world country?
He obviously has Dan Bautons address.
Ridiculous, Embarrassing, Disgraceful, Pathetic, and Deplorable are some of the things to describe this wanna be two dime bookmaker.

but to think offshores dont have locals to knock on your door, think again.

had a local agent one time tell me he had a player who owed 6 figures. after ducking them for a minute, they politely showed up at his door and it wasnt to sell a vaccuum.........

as one mentioned before, dont be stupid, just assume who you may be dealing with and proceed as you seem fit.

    anyone can hire muscle.....
