F uck Tony Williams and f uck his two bit operation.  What a p ussy talking tough on the internet.  Blacklist 5Dimes.  They are as crooked as Betislands.  Spread the word.

The guy called & asked about it & they said it was good..............he made an effort..........they let the play stand. Whose fault is that? Any non-half-asssed operation would've caught it before the action..........these monkeys didn't catch it for a week (?)
 The guy cashed out some & the rest was confiscated..........They need to let it go & chalk it up to a mistake.

Tony could easily be a connected guy for all we know, I'm sure everyone knows who ran the casinos in Cuba before Casto kicked them out, and or coarse Vegas, why would these offshores be any different. At the end of the day these are illegal transactions, proceed at your own risk gentleman.

The question that needs to be accessed is rather quite simple. When dealing with a business/organization, who is liable for mistakes? In this case, the employees of 5dimes are liable, as I am rather certain that phone calls/messages are documented. Therefore, there should be substantial proof. Now, when an employee of a business/organization messes up in the real world, what happens? The company is liable for the mistake made by a representative, and I emphasize representative of a company. The people you hire are representing yourself.

 This right here tells me tony is a buffoon............he is simply trying to find a way to screw a customer. They were probably fine with the line in question until the guy got hot. Speaking of which, thorpe, this was not an advertised line.........this guy played a progressive pleaser............not exactly something you just stumble across on the web & decide to open an acct. to take advantage of. You seem to be inferring that he spotted an error & purposely created an alias to take advantage of it. I suppose that's possible but the story sure doesn't read that way. Let's not forget, the original play only netted about 10% of the total amount in question...........now you want to say ALL his winning plays are void? 

 Do I advocate cheating someone out of their money? No..........but if they want to give it to me despite my protests I'll eventually cave in & take it.

This one is EASY......if 5Dimes was subject to US laws/regulations....it would be a different story
  *if employees were operating 'within the scope' of their normal duties...the customer keeps the cash....5Dimes could investigate the matter further and (try) legal action to recover their losses .......

Bottom line?
They have all the leverage in ANY dispute

I did the opposite of this guy 2 years ago.  Betting in play soccer my account was credited $400 on a losing play I lost that money before they re-graded the play.

I've had it with 5dimes. They have gotten pretty bad lately.  If you talk back they suspend your acct.

i have another situation that id be interested in hearing everyones opinion. say you have 2k in your account, make a 1k bet that loses but is misgraded. so now you have about 3k, but should only have 1k. you take this up to 30k and then they find out that it was misgraded. what do they do? if you went all in i could see them taking all of your money, but not if you have a little left in your account. so do they take you back down to 1k (i think thats wrong), take 2k out that should have been taken out before (makes sense to me), or do they just take all of the money in your account because they can?

so here's what basically happened:  a female fighter named ronda rousey called out a male fighter named bryan caraway, and bryan caraway answered back and calls her an unintelligent bimbo.  How more unrealistic can you be?  What in the world can you expect?  Both parties are at fault.  Don't take the bait and don't make unrealistic callouts when a fight is unrealistic to ever happen, although in the case of 5dimes and dan bouton, the domino effect started to happen and then both parties left each other with a can of worms.  And lets say that dan bouton did the right thing by giving the money back which would be unrealistic on his part to do.  It wouldn't change the fact that 5dimes has a history of putting out the incorrect lines, incorrect payout odds, then again they have a lot of options that you won't see anywhere else.  Ronda Rousey should just shut the fukk up in the first place.  Just because she's a woman and first queen of the ufc does not give her a right to say whatever she wants, although it happened before women were allowed in the ufc.  Caraway did not help matters either by responding to a woman like that either and he should have just shut the hell up too.  If 5dimes fixes their customer service, there won't be any possibilities of incorrect payouts of $10,000 like that, HORRENDOUS error that can be easily fixed with a dedicated team despite tony williams being an assh0le on everything else.

It makes me weary about doing a large parlay on 5 dimes, but he can't weasel out of a legitimate hit with indefinite lines.

So I googled that address that came up in the chat just to see where that was located. The website should have bleeped that out if it belonged to the player.

$32,000 is probably a lot of money for said player, especially when Tony has threatened a $10,000 collection notice.

The first hit in the google search came up with a zillow page that said that his home was purchased for $37,000 back in 1997. That means that the player could pay off his entire mortgage if 5 dimes would pay him the money they technically should owe him.

I almost made a deposit with 5dimes when pinnacle went down on Super Bowl Sunday.  They advertised that they accepted insta debit but I couldn't find the option after creating an account.  So I go on the online chat and immediately the guy asks me for my user ID and password over chat .... I'm not an IT person but this is a huge security flaw.  You should never be asked to provide your password in an email or over chat and the people on the other end should never see your password.  your password should be stored in an encrypted file and matched against the password you type in.  That was enough for me .... Amateur operation and this just further proves my intuition.  

what is all this talk about collections??? Where is Tony going to go ? To the police ...lol  what he is doing is Illegal. I would easily tell him to go darn himself . And thank him for the money ..Or there is option 2 Tony sends someone halfway across the globe to get his money. lol  I would invite him to . Keep the money and spend it like I would any other winnings . They will be shut down soon like the rest of them ..

we are blinded by the aftermath.....player wins a lot is not the point....player taking advantage of a mistake is the point but to say mistakes don't happen is unrealistic....This player is not the only one winning but I believe is the only one called out because of this mistake....grading mistakes happen and I believe it's the players responsibility to let the book know of a grading mistake and correct it immediately. I once asked why does the book offer a split squad spring training(ss)game and the answer is because they can and if you bet it and won you win but if you bet it and loses you lose. You might think it's a mistake for them to offer those games but it's not under their rules....

It's the players responsibility to let the book know it was a grading error....don't go beyond that point. And also the player knew it was an error and to play on knowing this is his fault not the books....

The player DID tell customer service.  That's the point.
