You botched this situation BADLY...based on the details of the story and your relationship with both women, a 3 some seemed entirely possible until you fucked it up. Instead, you made yourself the biggest douchbag possible, likely burned all your bridges, and you'll realize all of this in about 2 or 3 weeks when the girl your banging chooses her friend back over you, then your FUCKED.
I'll give you o/u 2.5 weeks until your ex-gf's friend leaves you in the dust and goes back to your ex-gf once she realizes the sex isnt worth it
